David Tua of the Ike Ibeabuchi fight so it is essentially Tyson vs Ibeabuchi but Tyson is fighting toe to toe with Ibeabuchi like Tua did. Who wins? Does Tyson knock Ibeabuchi out? Does he lose? Does he gas and get frustrated? Lets say it is the version of Tyson from the first Holyfield fight to keep things interesting.

Tyson would beat the living **** out of Ibeabuchi (and Tua for that matter).

I didn't see the bit about the Holyfield fight?

Is that the only way people can face him h2h fantasy matches? Use a poorer version?

If it was prime Tyson it would be a complete blowout obviously. I used Holyfield version to spark interest and debate.

No. Have him fight the same fight. Standing in the pocket and trading the only difference is Tyson uses defense as well as all of his other tools. I'm not going to go through Tyson's style and techniques, if you/anyone doesn't know then don't reply.

Yeah apart from the knockdowns and Ike only throwing one punch all the fight.....

This would be a very dangerous fight for any version of Tyson make no mistake about that.

You don't half talk out of your ass, Ibeabuchi would have been a very dangerous opponent for Tyson.

Tyson 88 is not competitive imo. He beats Ibeabuchi all day long. 96 Tyson might be competitive.

I don't get why people seem to think Ibeabuchi was some kind of monster. He took some punches from Tua; so did Maskaev, Rahman, Izon and, while they're footnotes, Ike seems favoured widely in h2hs vs some top fighters. He beat Chris Byrd. A good but not overwhelming result.

He may well have gone on to be the monster he is described as but for me we'll never know. So that's all he is - a maybe. A big mad what if.
