Which one would you say is worse for you. I may be oversimplifying it, but I was curious.

In terms of weight gain. Lets say I could use either sugar to add taste or butter, which one is worse? :think

Sugar is terrible for you in more ways then 1. Refined sugar that is. And all that high fructose corn syrup crap. All are terrible. Your body actually needs fat to a certain extent.

    No.

It's not as simple as which is worse than which. Time place circumstance.

There are some fats you should stay away from, there are some that are necessary. Ditto for sugars.

There are times your body could benefit from 'sugar' and your body definetly requires fat. The question is ridiculously simplistic and shows a lack of knowledge about dietary requirments.

    This.

It would be better to just ask the question instead of making a poll with answers based on poor knowledge.

Too much ‘bad’ fat causes diabetes.

Too much ‘bad’ sugar is just less energy efficient.

The ‘good’ kind of both is power.

I understand English fine. It's when people say random **** it gets confusing. I asked you about your first post, basically what are you talking about? "Consuming bad fat causes diabetes". Really? And what is a "bad" sugar? Then you just say "Shane SD" in reponce. Yeah, makes perfect sense.

Also, "The ‘good’ kind of both is power." Wtf does that mean?
