Kidding, Robinson in my opinion, very close in a head to head match-up, but i just think Robinson would edge it, one thing i think he does better is launch multiple shot combos when in mid-ring and out of nowhere, whereas Leonard normally hits you with these rapid single shots there and if he has you backing up launches the multiple stuff.

    Just my opinion.

Depends at what weight and what times in their career.

I take Robinson to beat Leonard at any match at or below 147; Leonard may of sneaked it at 154; but I take a pre 52 Robinson winning at 160.

There was only one fighter sweet enough to be boxing's sugar, and that was Walker Smith Jr.

In an act of rare class and humility, I think they were basically Ray Charles Leonard's words......

Robby at any weight. Even the thought of candy and other sweets would make Leonard puke after this.

    SRR up to 154,

SRL might edge it at 160, but only becomes SRR was getting old when he reached 160.(but he still kicked ass)

Just to go against the grain I'll say that the Leonard we never got to see wins the day. The Leonard we would have seen in '85 had he stayed active throughout (so, no, not the Leonard who made one stab at comeback during that time before retiring once again).

In reality there's almost impossible to favour anyone over "the real" Sugar. Even at middleweight, before his first retirement, he had everything. The Robinson who beat Grazioano and LaMotta was better than the Leonard who beat Hagler IMO, so it would have to be below 160. But who beats a prime Robinson?

Don't let them kid you; this one's not even close. Robbie knocks him out by the tenth after a fearful battering. Ever see Norris-Leonard? Well, this beatings worse!
