suggestions for training

    how about people can post on here if they need a guide on something for example how to fight a taller fighter, how to fight a southpaw, how to prepare for a fight etc...

    and members can answer there suggestions with an articule

    RDJ surely this will create a few stickys for you and you could maybe make this sticky if you put some syrup on it

    Those questions are pretty obvious, but they ask them anyway. The answer is: ask your trainer. What do you have a trainer for? ;)

    Very true. Advice on those issues is obtained from your trainer, all we can give is opinions.

    The things that you do not need a trainer for perse will be covered in stickies, strength training, conditioning, idea's for drills, etc. We'll see where that ends. We (me and Puma) are currently working on it, but it's a lot of work. The first results will be up within a few days, the rest will follow over the next few weeks I suppose, I'm rather busy right now.
