    He's currently refusing to sanction Witter v Alexander due to a dispute over officials. This happened with another WBC fight not so long ago and, in the end, they relented and sanctioned the fight anyway.

    Power trip?

    the judges were under orders before the fight to not be allowed to score it a draw like the first fight :huh

    What a ****ing twat - rewriting the rules of boxing to suit how he feels

    To be fair, the WBC assigned three judges, one of them - quite rightly is British, Richie Davies - and the Californian State Athletic Commission for an unreported reason have rejected this directive and appointed a Mexican and Two Americans.

    Strange stuff.
