    Killsomething, it is definitely common sense, but so is keeping your hands up and your chin tucked in - yet we have to remind many boxers to do it :) Even at the highest levels, you'll see slip ups on basic common sense things, and as a coach, it helps our athletes to bring to their attention even the most common sense things.

    And you got the right attitude with your self talk, I do the same thing myself, about dissing the other guy for pretending to not be tired.

    Wish i had time to comment on this one lol, another leading expert in the field here to enlighten us, he wonders why bent in half recovery slows, ehm. then drops the pearls of wisdom about the benefits of staying poker faced, thanks for the heads up lol keep writing them articles.
