Wrapping you hand right works way better. And NEVER hit somebody with your open hand. ALWAYS make a good fist.

You can't get the same amount of creatine from natural food as you would get from a supplement. Its impossible.

Which begs the question, do you even need that amount? Or, what will your body do with it?

You can work out much harder with it.

I think creatine is unhealthy yes. But so is smoking and drinking what a fighter does not do. And getting hit in the head or working out real hard is not healthy anyway.

The thing I don't like about creatine is I think it leaves you drained when you stop taking it. But while you take it you really can work out harder.

Never noticed any difference myself, and most studies are geared towards weight training. I'm highly skeptical about the need to supplement it for a boxer.

I don't think it's unhealthy, as it's in natural food sources as well. I just think the amount you get from a healthy balanced diet is sufficient. Which is true for basically everything, unless for some reason you can't get enough of said foods. I can't afford fish very often, so I sometimes supplement with fish oil (ran out though). I don't like shell creatures, hence the glucosamine.

Thanks for the replies guys. Im not interested in supplements the "build muscle" ect. I want to try and be as natural as possible and get as much as i can from diet. Main things i want is maybe something that would help with recovery muscle wise and something that will help with making my joints more supple?

Do you wrap between the fingers (as in across the hand both vertically and horizontally)? I had many problems with the mid hand bones until I changed the way I wrapped, before that all my wraps did was protect the knuckles and wrist.
