my favorite supplement is a pre-workout mix called NO overload. It contains a little creatine but its main ingredient is nitric oxide. Nitric Oxide expands your blood vessels and allows oxygen and nutrients to go to your muscles quickly. it also contains a lot of b vitamins which help tremendously during the workout. the next you should try is weigh protein or any protein supplement for after your workout because it helps you recover quicker. amino acids are great for it to. some people have been saying to use fish oil but it doesnt help to much with workouts. if your just going to use vitamins go b vitamins. they are by far the best thing for a workout. five hour energy is a great thing to drink before a workout. NO overload has a lot of other stuff in it too that helps i just couldnt tell you what they all do but it makes an incredible difference and lets you push yourself that much harder during a workout. hope i could help.

the same amount of creatine taken in the average creatine supplement is provided in a 12 oz. steak.
