supplements

    can anybody give me any advice on supplements.i know on training full time certain supplements can majorly help.any comments would be appreciated:thumbsup

    cnp professional have a boxing stack used by a lot of top boxers. seems good never tried it though.

    What do you need to supplement and "how" are you working out? Whats your goals? Its not possible to suggest supplements unless we know what your trying to achieve.

    yes we know Good food should have all the nutrients you need. but not every1 can get it in them everyday pal

    Supplements are by and large, a waste of money and time that could be better invested in your training. You can build a strong body by simply eating regularly and specifics to meet your nutritional intake goals.

    The only supplements I find that make a big difference since it is that which gives you nutritional value. I regularly take protein shakes, sometimes take a weight gainer if I feel I'm short calories that day, or fiber for obvious reasons.

    Whey Protein is the only one I use
