    Ive brought some sepcial protein (convinced by its high price tag), which is supposedly better because it has an ingredient which make sat 'anti catabolic' or something

    Can anyone offer any further insight.

    had no idea what these were, googled it and found steroids for sale, i thought steroids were illegal?

    Are you referring to glutamine? You can just add that to your whey protein as I do. Helps slow down the muscle breakdown.
