Interesting and explosive rematch between two OK - good level fighters!

    Just rewatched Mollo-Spzilka 1.

Mollo was so stiff and ringrusty, I mean almost hilarious to watch when the fight started cause his balance was so terrible but.. Still he managed to give some real problems for Spzilka and wasn't that far away from victory.

Now it seems like he is in real good shape (weight in pics) and somehow I think his preparation might have been better than it was for the first fight. Interesting to see how much the first fight took out of Mollo cause that wasn't his first war. I believe this will be another war and wouldn't be surprised if they trade knockdowns once again.

I'm picking Mollo to get a revenge..

And if Spzilka proves me wrong then: :good for him

    What do you think?

I'm seeing both fights live... I'm taking Szpilka. He was supposed to fight his biggest Polish rival 2 weeks after Mollo. He really underestimated Mollo and still got up from Mollo's best shot and knocked him out cold. It was awesome. Szpilka is pissed off and ready for this, he knows what to expect. Mike will give it all he has the first 3 rounds... If Szpilka survives that, Mollo is done.

First fight was great by today's HW standards... looking forward to part II

Still gotta favour Spilka... I think he's the more skilled of the two, and he won't take Mollo so lightly now, so he shouldn't repeat those careless mistakes he made the 1st time.

That said, I never saw Mollo in such great shape! He's obviosly motivated and ready... I wouldn't write him off.

Either way... can't wait to see how it unfolds!

if Szpilka has any ring IQ, he will let Mollo shoot himself out in the first 3 rounds, and then break him down and stop him late instead of brawling and wrestling with Mollo like in the 1st fight

watched the fight for the first time yesterday,it was pretty entertaining.szpilka seemed a little surprised at mollo's attack.im sure he expected it but maybe not to that extreme?
but szpilka seemed to adjust mentally.very good learning fight.maybe szpilkas a bit better than i thought.hes no world beater but a pretty good fighter...on a chisora leval.

I'm picking Mollo to get revenge.

And no, Szpilka isn't on Chisora's level... just no. He could win tonight though, but i'm going to go with Mollo in this one.

Big night in Chicago. Should be an awesome night. That first fight was certainly entertaining. Both fighters are in shape and prepared. This is what it should be like every Friday Night.
    May the best man win

    As a Chicagoan......Im torn.

I like Mollo as a fighter, and the way he hung with a world ranked Szpilka in #1 was admirable, especially since he was coming in after a 3yr layoff.

However, Szpilka showed massive heart in surviving the brawl, even if he did have little help from the referee.

That said, I have a hard time getting behind either guy and am just hoping for another barnburner tonight and like another guy said.......

May the best man win tonight.

Whoever he may be will certainly have made a few more fans.:bbb

from what little i know of both fighters im picking szpilka to win by knockout within 5 rounds.thats based entirely on what i seen in there first fight.

i don't usualy make a pick when i have not seen much of either guy but im pretty confident szpilka will take him out.he looks to be the better fighter.i think he will catch mollo with a left uppercut and then finish him off.

Both fights were fun to watch and Szpilka showed alot of maturity
tonight, and he's growing up before our very eyes. The pole probably
won't win a world title because of that chin, but he'll be a fun addition
on the domestic level to tune in to.
With that being said. **** Teddy Atlas and his sickening bias towards
european fighters. In order to be a real boxing fan you have to respect
talent no matter where it comes from.
Szpilka is a fun heavy with good skills and KO power. If he had an
iron chin then i'd like him to be in the mix with the top heavy's in
    24-30 months time.

  15. His chin isn't bad, same as Fury's. The impact was hard and when you run into the fist you fall to the ground in most cases. Bad chins are making your legs shaky. Both guys were never hurt in their career.

Bad chins have Price or Wawrzyk. One jab and they are dancing.
