taking a punch

    if your definetly going to get hit. if its a punch to the side of the head you roll with it and if its straight ahed you tuck your head and take it on the top of the head right? any other ways?

    alright. i once saw some girl boxer alow someone to hit her and then would turn witht he puncha and hit with an uppercut. i thing eddie fudge trainer her or smoething

    haha im not to defensively minded so i generally just eat the ****ed if i get hit with an uppercut haha, youll need some more defensive guys on here to deal wit uppercuts

    well im alright at straight and hooks, just slippin and some palm blocking but uppercuts, im ****ed haha

    ^^^^ let us know...he did post this asking about it. all i know though is to roll w/ the punches and if u c it coming it will hurt a lot less than if it's something u didn't even c coming

    Stop teasing him, he made it clear if he can't avoid a punch what could he do.
    Anyway if you see it coming and protect your chin and body (kidney roll is not included as a defencive method) you 'll be OK.
