Yes, for Parker vs Whyte, terms, agreement, contract was settled and signed in less than 48 hours between Matchroom and Duco. Gee, i wonder where the problem is coming from in getting this fight on? Lol.

No im comparing Matchroom to Haymon. Say, all Matchroom heavyweights have fights planned coming up, how many of Haymons fighters do? Anything in line for Wilder, Breazeale, Ortiz, Kownacki, Molina etc? Nuff said.

But hang on a minute If they;d had a competent ref in the AJ - Parker fight Joseph could well have beaten AJ. He was not given a chance to get inside & fight That fool cried STOP as many times as Kenny Bayless in Floyd Maidana II

People need to be patient, all this talk of one side ducking the other is just plain silly. It takes a while to go over the contract and there's always things that need clarifying or changed.

Look at Joshua/Parker, Higgins flew in on the 8th of Jan to sign the contract but the fight wasn't announced until the 14th of Jan as there were a few amendments to the contract.

I fully expect by early next week for this to be resolved and it to be signed.

It's obvious what's going to happen. Hearn is going to put up roadblocks then claim Wilder's team were too slow to respond to the offer.

    http://www.*****.net/2018062224283/...two-contract-clarification-points-from-a-deal

"We looked at the contract on Monday and raised two specific details in the paperwork that we needed clarification of," Finkel exclusively told World Boxing News.

It's frustrating as Eddie Hearn is stating in the media that we need to be quick and sign the contract, but how can we sign if they don't respond to our email and clarify our concerns?

"If we are being rushed we really need to hear back from Barry in order to be able to complete things on our side," he added.

Whilst an official deal with Wilder is closer than ever, there's also an already arranged mandatory fight with Alexander Povetkin for Joshua hanging in the balance for September."

Wilder has an aversion to taking on top notch opposition. Old habits die hard. For all Wilders talk looks like he was bullshitting all along.
