    12-0 Crawford

Terence is just a level above ricky, well 2 or 3 levels above. crawford is destined for big things.

Crawford will be like a deer in the headlights similar to Gonzalez when Burns takes his shots and starts firing back he won't know what to do.

Crawford is not all that, burns would of stopped klimov in 5 rounds. Crawford can't fight against burns the way he has in his past few fights it just won't work, going into a champions back yard you literally need a ko look at sturm has lost easily on points in Germany on at least three occasions and still got the decision. If ricky can walk through gonzalez punches, crawfords are not going to do enough damage to stop him imo

How much coverage did this get on ringside? Only seen the last half an hour so not sure if it got mentioned in the first half hour.

    Yeah just like Broner :rofl

I've not seen enough of Crawford to make a prediction, i'd also question how people can suggest he's levels above Ricky when he's fought absolutely nobody, and has never fought 12 rounds.
Burns has looked awful in his last couple of fights, and should have lost his belt to Beltran, but he's one tough barsteward, and proved a lot of doubters wrong against Martinez, Katsidis and Mitchell.

I dreamt that Crawford was schooling Burns, knocked him down and then whilst rushing in to finish getting hit with a massive looping overhand right from a flailing Burns. Crawford knocked down and couldn't make the count.

He looks really composed an measured so Burns has to stay un predictable and really raise the crowds spirits, he needs a roaring atmosphere that can inspire him to have another Rocky Martinez night.

It would be good to see Ricky walk him down and fight like a Mexican (Kevin Mitchell), sort of throw abandonment to tactics (within the framework obviously) and just pressure the guy with short shots inside then occasionally spear his great jab in. Ricky Burns when fighting inside is terrific body puncher.

I remember dreaming Ricky Hatton TKO'd Floyd Mayweather Jr in round 6 before the fight took place :D

totally agree, I think burns needs to apply serious pressure from the off, Crawford seems quite good on the inside but I think burns jab will be successful personally I don't care if this turns into a really ugly win I just want Crawford to lose

Think Burns will look to get on him, stay on him and really take it too him for the full 12 rounds.

We know Ricky can fight for 12 hard rounds, we haven't seen that Crawford can. Look to take him into deep waters.

Also... Burns needs to get that jab going like he did in his fights previous to Gonzalez and Beltran, especially against Gonzalez he seemed to be over reaching with it. He needs to get that firing on all cylinders, important weapon.

It's a fight where I could see Crawford winning pretty much every round to, say, the 9th... and then Ricky breaking him down and getting a stoppage in the last. Ricky, providing he doesn't get his jaw broken, just has a freakish indomitability that Crawford might founder upon - unless he really is worthy of the hype. Any mental weakness and it'll be like the voyage of the Titanic - going so well until it hit the iceberg! A fight I'm really looking forward to, no matter who wins they'll have a tough night.
