Holyfield was a great fighter. The younger Holyfield had fantastic hand speed and threw beautiful, picture-perfect combinations in rapid fire succession. Holyfield was always an exciting fighter to watch. Compared to a guy like Larry Holmes, who was undoubtedly great, Holyfield was so much more entertaining. Holmes was very effective but also very boring.
