for the uninitiated in most sports hihglight films and clips are used to show the best in each sport. for a newcomer to basketball you would recomend a michael jordan video, for golf tiger wood, soccer would be pele. but who would it be in boxing, bearing in mind there are no clips of srr at his peak. would it be tyson for the excitement of early knockots and raw power, or someone like pernell whitaker or even bernard hopkins for all their tactical nouances and subtleties. who is the fighter that would be used to represent the best of boxing

Roy Jones Jr. He would show top notch speed, power and reflexes. Isn't that what it's all about at the end of the day? Roy has some good decision victories and then some amazing KO's as well.

RJJ for sure, he appeals to casual fans so much because you are clearly able to see why he was the best. It's hard to notice the ultra-technical aspects unless you know what to look for, Roy's speed, movement, power and general athletisism are all obvious.
