The test, under the current proposal, would be done by the USADA. The USADA has their own random testing schedule which could include a test two days before the fight.
Well if Arum is saying that now then he full of ****, They have been saying that they would test during the press tour before camp, up to six days out and right after. They problem they claim to have is not testing during camp, and days before the fight. The problem is what difference should the timing of the test make. ******* are coming up with a ton of excuses have not read one decent one yet.

From what I understand the only thing they objected to was the possibility of the blood test up to 1 to 5 days before the fight. I think they were OK with everything else.
depending on the cycle.. the time you want to take performance enhancers is during training, that way by the time of the event it is out of your system, then what your left with is the aftermath of the effects.
Another thing that worries me about this whole thing that I dont recall anyone talking about...What makes the Pac camp think they can dictate when a RANDOM drug test will be taken??? Whats the point of it being random if they know when its going to happen??? They more Arum talks the more I think that Manny maybe using.
I would say it is quite possible otherwise Mayweather's camp wouldn't have an issue with that. At this point I wouldn't want both men tested any other way. Roach has come up with the lamest excuses and you would think a guy who has gone from 130 to 147 in 18 months wouldn't be bothered by a test days before fight night. To think we use to question Mayweather's motives..
And what is this drug that he'll be taking that will pass all the random urine test he'll be given during training? Name the drug please.
It like letting a drug attic chose when and where they want to provide a specimen for their probation officer.. Of course the attic is going to chose a time to test when they are more likely to pass the test. That why random is the way to go..
