I am saying that the likelyhood that EVERYone else is subpar, is MUCH less likely to be the case, than a mere TWO fighters are well above average.

ANyone can see the reasoning there, regardless of what the boxing critics like to say to explain away the supremacy of the K Brothers.

I thinks it's a bit of both to be honest.

The Klitschkos are better than average without doubt.

The competition is below par at the same time.

The main argument about the Klitschkos is always the same, are they good enough to be seen as ATGs?
Having never had the good fortune to take part in competitive fights, top 30 is probably the best they can expect.
The argument "that's because they are so good" can only ever be speculation if it can't be proved by beating an elite fighter.

Being known as Wladimir "better than average" Klitschko doesn't bode well.

Believe me I am not a K2 fan and I believe thier boring dominance is what lead to the decline of Heavyweight Boxing but remember statements in this thread because to people who don't think they are all time greats (I say top 15-20 all time greats in my book) don't make whoever beats them out to be an all time great (Haye, Solis most likely) because they beat a K2 brother.

Good point. If he beats Wlad will all you Wlad Worshippers label Haye an ATG? Surely yes as you've all demanded that Wlad is a top 10 ATG and close to his prime.

A Haye win would be ****ing hilarious. WTF would you all do!

    :rofl:rofl:rofl

Where in the ATG list was Lewis 3-4 years before he retired? That's why one only should judge fighter's historic accomplishments WELL AFTER they're retired.

Wlad could well end up in the top 10 or if he screws things up in the 30-40 range, depending on the next 2-4 years of his career.

Well a lot of people who aren't saying he is an ATG will say I told you so when he loses his next fight. They are waiting around to pounce on him and Vitali as soon as one of them drops a bout. I can't believe I am defending the most boring thing in boxing but this isn't fair to Wlad. (or Vitali)
