On the evidence nope, even one of the people being shot said it wasn't them, the female witness said the gunmen where same height, huge difference with Ruben and other guy though his car disbanded march the description (unusual white, out of state plates and weird tail lights) and the star witness was a criminal on a plea deal. Carter was clearly not a nice man but they needed someone for the murders and it was him they chose
