    One variation you don't really understand is the flicker jab, does anybody has a good description of this punch?
    maybe some videoclip?

    and what is your favorite way to throw a jab?
    maybe some training tips on hiow to improve your jab?

    The flicker jab is like what Tommy Hearns used to use. It just like a "flick", quick and fast.

    I noticed a lot of pros (that were known for their jabs, i.e. Holmes, Pernell) kept their lead hand low, it seems like you get more snap in your jab when you do this, any opinions on this?
