I just saw that Nicholas Walters is returning to the ring. It was a mere six years ago that Vasyl Lomachenko turned Walters into a puddle of mush and the Jamaican junior lightweight hasn't been seen since.

Walters is returning on October 15th against the one and only Alberto Chuc Uicab. Walters (26-1-1) and Uicab (15-25-0) are fighting an eight round junior welterweight tilt in Panama City.

Headlining the card is former bantamweight champion Anselmo Moreno.

Far too late for him... Made his name knocking out talented midgets and was mentally broken by loma... Wasted his entire prime coming to terms with it... Shame really cos I liked Walters

Looked a beast vs Donaire. But then Lomachenko took his soul, he was dominated so easily, Loma gave him early retirement .

I will always say that his fight vs loma was fixed. I'm convinced he lost on purpose. Nothing can change my mind, imho it was too obvous.

bob arum is a huge pile of ****, btw.

In what can only be described as a hilarious example of rank revisionism, some now behave as though the outcome of Loma-Walters was always a foregone conclusion, when many of those very same folks confidently predicted a Walters victory prior to the bout.

What? As Nicoletta Walters against Katie Taylor? His balls are still sitting jarred in formaldehyde on Papa Lomachenko's shelf somewhere.
