Dumb question perhaps, but do any particular types or brands of each item work best? Or just any old sledge hammer and decent sized tire?

Stress on the Heart, I believe position of the arms being head height and over does the trick. Also rolling logs in water, my uncle Russell got killed in between two big ones.

Why do that, Got my own 4 bedroom house payed for with a gym. Plus up the road theres Sheffield Hallam uni sports Science dept. plus my best friend is head lecturer in Physiology there. Plus being retired ive all the time to please myself, lovely.
