    Earlier, in Berlin, Abraham had laid down a marker in the Super Sixes Classic with a last-ditch knockout of Jermain Taylor, with a long right hand through the gloves to the chin. Abraham looked out before he hit the canvas. At that point there were 16 seconds remaining in the final round....

    did abraham knock himself out by punching taylor?:rofl

    :huh I'm pretty sure the majority of writers on here could do a better job at writing a good article or fight review than half of the so called professional reporters in the press.

    Boxing writing in mainstream press is often pathetic

    I think they must get the stoned kid on work experience to do it half the time

    "Amir Khan Embarrasses and Outclasses Mexican Boxing Legend Barrera"

    Let that show you how credible and knowledgable the telegraphs sports writers are.

    I read in the Sun that Sam Sexton will be fighting Martin Williams in his next fight.

    I was on their website the other day and it had the caption 'Williams allowed to keep title as long as he fights winner of Sexton v Williams' I wondered if I was going senile.

    Haha, I saw that;

    "Heavyweight Price maintained his unbeaten record with a comfortable points victory over German Liridon Memishi. "

    McGuigan (writing in the daily mirror) was under the impression that Abraham was fighting Ward...

    Its not just the general media that gets it wrong, I've read books about boxing by 'proper' boxing writers that were full of factual errors, easy ones that could be checked on the internet in a few minutes
