This is no surprise at all, why all these pointless posts about whingeing that the WBO is cortrupt, when so is pretty much all the other orgs. If you are a champ of an org, lose it then take a break for a year or two, when you come back you're near guaranteed to get a title shot.
So I take it Juan Manuel Marquez is in the WBO top 15 Welterweight rankings? The rules dont mean anything,they change them whenever it suits them.
