    We all said that the potential for a split decision victory would be met with controversy. In this case, the controversy was that the decision is a lot closer than what we saw. Pacquiao, with the knockdown in hand, won a majority of the rounds.

    Despite the smell of corruption, the right man won. I'm glad he did. I do give props to Thurman in trying to keep up. It just wasn't his night.
