One of my favorite fights Longhorn71. The sixties were a brutal era (maybe the toughest) and Tiger was a double champ in that era...One of the greats. Tiger gives any middleweight a tough go. Side note I'm impressed how Carter never gives up in the fight despite the knockdowns.

Great fight indeed and well worth watching for anyone thinking Carter was just some hack.

Tiger was some badass in that fight. I think it was his best performance.

While certainly not being a fan of Carter, I was also impressed with the way he kept getting up, & not quitting against Tiger. I give Carter more props in this losing effort than the snipe jobs he had against Emile & Fernandez.

Carter was enormous in this fight-his upper body is MASSIVE.

Other great footage of Tiger were his bouts against Rivero & Giardello VI.
