Roy indeed looks real fragile i just can't get over how skinny his neck looked at the weigh in he looks worse than cotto did at 140....if you see the live video of them standing nose to nose it looks even worse he looks malnourished
i noticed this also, but he does look that in a few fights before ruiz........maybe a thick neck doesn't help for fast head movement reflexes?
Look at the position of their heads relative to their necks - Roy has his chin up which gives the appearance of elongating his neck and hence making it looker proportionally thinner. Titos chin is square so his neck looks more in proportion.

I think the weight thing for RJJ is bad 170 id real bad for roy, he should be fighting at 175 no lighter, he has quite a bit of time to get over making the weight 30 hours or so, he mite be alright
Tito look's like a little frog (coqui) and Roy Jones like a big frog (sapo Concho) But the coqui TITO had a brave heart of a winner. You will see who is going to win no matter the look of his shape....
