It's hard to rest a dominant performance like that entirely on the shoulders of being "fat and faded." A fighter generally doesn't dominate with such ease unless there's a stylistic factor in there as well. On top of that, Winky wasn't at his peak anymore either. He was showing slight signs of slipping even before he fought Mosley the first time. IMO Winky takes him anytime.
Tito has always been vulnerable down the middle, and that is where Winky would always be attacking him.
