I dunno, I think its about the same as the Commonwealth. The truth is the commonwealth has a fantastic proud history, but that has been more than undone and possibly damaged beyond repair in recent times. I take the point the Commonwealth doesn't advertise itself as something it should not, but they also don't make full use of the entire Commonwealth. They also have the worst competition of any title above area level.
^^Though the WBU seems to be dead now. At its 'peak' it wasn't worse than the now devalued commonwealth title.
