My diet was definitely right, and my training was never wrong as I'd shown good progression, just not much with Creatine. It's true that Creatine has no effect on some people that. I could've been overly ignoring trying to get my insulin up post-workouts as that is claimed to be crucial for the absorption of Creatine. It was Creatine Mono. I've heard that all the other fancy creatines while all claim to be so much more complex have no real scientific evidence for being better. Obviously I don't have the grounds to debate you on a subject that's apart of your business, but from my research it seems there's at least a debate on the effectiveness on anything extended creatine mono.

On the subject while we are here. What Creatine would you recommended specifically? Just out of curiosity.

    1. What are your objectives - sport (ie what?), gaining muscle/strength?
    2. Whats your training programme - detail it
    3. Whats your diet and do you know exactly how many grams
    4. How much do you weigh?
    5. Some people are supposedly none responders, but given the science I'd say they would respond if
    6. Research shows CEE to be mroe effective as does customer feedback but Creatine Mono will give quality results, you'll just carry water, which if your a boxer trying to make weight or athlete is undesirable.
    7. I don't know about brands as I only use my own, you want a well priced Pure CEE from a reputable company, you should be able to get 5months supply for less than £20 pretty easily anyway. If you want something better you want something with a quality Nitric Oxide Booster.

I can't look at a barbell without getting way bigger than I want to. I like lifting but I also like fitting into my clothes. God damn if I will ever take a supplement.

I have never needed to use any dietary suplement for powerlifting because I have always made steady progress without it.

On the other hand, when I got seriously into distance running I needed them just to stop my body falling apart.

This makes me wonder where the true advantages of these dietary suplements lie.

I am eating right and clean and weighing 147lbs (my height is about 5'11") , I lift a 5kg weight to my side with my arm stretched and hold it for about 40 seconds and then bring it down , I also hold it for as much as 2 minutes with my arm bent (I can do more of this) , and 1 minute for a rear arm muscles (behind the head) , I have somewhat cut shoulders and back , and a slightly enlarged arm muscles , but don't really have much power , nor do I improve / bulk / get stronger / get any results .
I did arm wrestling with someone whom is about my height but weighs about 285-290 lbs , no exaggeration , whom taken no PEDs nor supplements whatsoever , he took me down immediately in both arms.
Then came someone else whom also outweighs me significantly but is still much lighter than this monster and took him down quite easily with each arm. Now , that last dude does train and may take PEDs and almost surely (I would bet on it) supplements.
Just shows you that weight counts even more than I thought.
Can I cause hyperplasia (not hypertrophy) in the late age of 27 ?
Growth of the skeleton , the genitals (male) and the brain can not be continued in this age , so can the the muscles' ?
