Good call. I would love to see that.
Like others have said, Adamek is just too small in this era of super heavies.
A good honest pro who does everything well but doesn't excell at anything.
    I like him a lot.

So far so good :good If it wasn't for the Klit Bro's I'd say he has a good future in the HW division. Povetkin might be too big a load for Adamek but I thought that about Arreola. If Vitali retires in time, Tomaz has a good future in the HW division until he faces Wlad :thumbsup

Why should Adamek fight Chambers? Haye should fight Chambers. He's a belt holder for God's sake and he hasn't beaten one fighter who wasn't on the verge of retirement. Fact is, we know more about Adamek at heavyweight than Haye at heavyweight. :D

Why? Chambers did zero against Wlad.

Adamek has the skill and speed, but he lacks power & strength. This means he's gonna have to FIGHT for every round and count on it that every one of his matches goes 12 rounds. You could see that he was so much better than Arreola, p4p, but still struggled pretty bad because Arreola walked him down and was so much more powerful and stronger.

I don't see anything to dislike about Adamek, though. I think Povetkin, Haye and both Klitschkos are better, but besides them, he could probably beat every other heavyweight.

Even if you consider these 2 as better HWs than Adamek, which is reasonable because they are more natural there (especially Povetkin), you must admit that Adamek would be competetive against these 2. Even if Adamek is underdog in such match-up its still close and the result can go either way.

If he is not fighting Klits or Haye then there is not much of
    lucrative options

    - rematch with Arreola?
    - Povetkin is not going to risk his mandatory spot
    - Valuev is targetting rematch with Haye
    - Chagaev/Peter may be too risky

I think somebody smaller and beatable on paper would be good:
    Chambers, Mormeck, Holy, Toney ....

    So far so good

Don't think he has much chance against the brothers Klit. He is to small and doesn't have the KO power to trouble them. But against smaller opposition Chamber etc he can more than hold his own. A fight with Haye would be interesting. He could out box Haye for long periods IMO but can he take the power?

And? If he has to fight someone who did something against the Klitschkos, the options are few

Chambers however has shown to be an excellent HW, beating 3 top 10 RING ranked fighters (Brock, Peter and Dimitrenko), plus it's a fight that makes sense for both, if Chambers wins he gets right back in the mix, if Adamek wins he adds another top 10 HW to his resume and solidifies his credentials at HW, not to mention getting more experience fighting at HW before a title shot.

People are still saying Adamek is too small after he beat Arreola - one of the biggest heavies - and made him look like Shrek. :think There are also reports that Adamek fought Arreola with a bad back and hand which if true make his win even more impressive. Also note that all the top contenders - Haye, Povetkin, Chambers - are all smaller men, so the too small comment really doesn't apply.

Adamek's beard is certified granite (the comment that Dawson hurt Adamek is pure fantasy. He's never been really hurt in his entire career. The closest I can think of is Cunningham 4 th round). He can outwork and outlast any HW contender out there. As for the Klits he is smart enough to come with a proper strategy and unlike their previous opponents, brave enough to execute it.

I think Adamek would beat Haye via late round tko ( Haye has a glass jaw and limited stamina ), and could defeat Povektin. No shot vs either Klitschko's.

Haye isn't small, it's just that his skills (from what I've seen) is not good enough beat the Klitschko's. He's fast, explosive, and hits hard, but that's about it.
