after hearing about the possible hopkins / trinidad rematch i thought about possible fights for hopkins. he always claimed he wanted to move up to heavywieght one day but claimed all the champions are too big for him. so why not move up and fight toney who is small for a heavy wieght. does anyone think this would be a good fight?

nah i think toney would be too strong for hopkins, IF he could catch him, but i think bernards legs are still young enough to keep him out of trouble.

Toney is a slob, but at his best he would beat the best Hopkins in my opinion. Hopkins was good on the inside, but Toney was one of the best.

I was thinking the same thing when BHOP was talking about fighting Holyfield at HW. He could also fight Toney or maybe Toney could make 200 for CW. They are both old and past their prime so the fight could be made just for curiosity sake.
