There is no doubt in my mind that worse case scenario the fight gets stopped because of the punishment Toney would receive. This would be one of the biggest mismatches in Heavyweight history. Wlad would stand at a distance and beat Toney to a pulp.
Wlad would KTFO egg on legs within 4 and i would pay good money to see it. Id pay even greater money to see the nuthuggers on here bitching the next day.

In his last fight Arreola was a bit gun shy due to the opponent's jab, he called it "the oh ****" jab. Imagine what Wladimir's jab would do to him, Chris would call it the "The I'm ****ed jab" :deal
Toney is an ATG but he still doesn't have the size or power to really trouble Wlad. His skills have erroded due to age & his timing isn't what it once was. Wladimir by KO in 6 to 8 rounds.
Who the fucc cares as this fight will NEVER happen at this stage of Toney's career. Toney (when he first became a HW) v.s. Wlad now would end in a decision one way or another. Toney is FAR TOO SMART of a boxer to ever get KO'd. He would frustrate the hell out of Wlad and would win the battle on the ropes/inside.
I think Chris needs to get in shape and he has a shot. Chris hits hard and Wlad has a weak chin. Put two in two together thats called a punchers chance.
Toney excels on the inside. Wlad is not dumb and is not going to allow the fight to take place at close quarters. He'll keep it at a distance and clinch when they get close. And that holding from a bigger, stronger man like Wlad will take a toll on Toney.
