I heard Kerry Kayes say Ricky Hatton took 2 thirds of his diet through supplements and 1 third through food. I spotted you necking a CNP MRP (I think) at press conference, and youve mentioned hes helped you in the past. So how much does Kerry/supplements help you with making weight? Is it just about making the weight or will you adjust things depending on the opponent, like working on more speed or more power? Is your diet mainly supplements? And have you noticed a big difference since moving to CNP stuff? I remember taking the CNP Pro Slams for a while and getting that feeling like ants running all over your face! Good times! Cheers, Lee

Bellew did what he had to do and it was a good performance from him, its wasn't a great spectical but most fans want to see more of a brawl and no one can blame tony for boxing smart. It seemed to me Miranda gave up though, maybe he didn't want to take anymore punishment, tony had caught him with a lot of good jabs and some cracking right hands but i felt like he could of got up which annoyed me. Anyways tony did the job and that’s all that matters onwards an upwards for Bellew.
It was a strange performance, not his best, but to take away from that (and his pro career up until it) that he's a boring fighter is just... :blood :nut

I thought your fight on saturday was kinda boring and i dont know if your world class but your generally an exciting fighter and would beat anyone at European level and will watch all of your fights,keep up the good work man..

I'm not understanding this thread... to criticize a stoppage over Miranda who looked in fantastic shape is ridiculas. Miranda has only ever been stopped by fighters (who are/were all world champions at some point) at the very top of their game and Tony Bellew has joined that list. what more has anybody got to do?
