Agreed i think he wouldve had Dickinson who looked like he wasnt fading towards the end. It just seemed that Dodson had alot more in his arsenal than the others, they all looked fairly one-dimensional.

    Very true.

With Bellew, Dickinson, Dodson and Mcintosh we can have some great domestic scraps.

I wouldn't give him much of a chance against Bellew. I think he'd struggle with how imposing Bellew is at light heavy, coming up as a career 168lb'er. The length, power, everything he'd struggle with. It won't happen regardless, they've said as much.

Still, he looked reasonable. Put in a gritty performance tonight which showed he still has the desire for the game. He could have given himself a bit more room though, and Edwards probably flattered him as he was a complete joke. I'd like to see Dickinson/Dodson in an eliminator or something, 10 rounds.

It makes sense, but lets face it.

I'm not even a fan of Tony Bellew's, and to be honest i don't think much of him.

"But he would end Tony Dodson's career"

The standard was very poor tonight in Prize Fighter.

Half of the fighters, are out of shape in my opinion.

Dickinson won't do anything in my opinion... As has been stated very one dimensional. He peaked last night and can't see him going much further to be honest. Hope i'm wrong.

dodson looked the likely winner, dickinson has power but is very strait up, kind of amateur style, i felt sorry for the boxer slate, i thought he won his fight, then the winner had to pull out, would it not be better with no reserves, and if you can,t go on, the loser in the closest fight takes your place.:good:think

It's bad how he gets 8k yet the reserve gets 16k for being runner up

Surely there has to be more to the rules then that, you cannot just walk in and get 16k. If that is the case then that is one almighty joke it really is.

IMO the reserve should get a percentage of what they get for being in the semi/final. Maybe like 30% and the guy that has to pull out the rest. 100% is a complete joke and completely unfair on the guy that battled to get there.

After all 30% of 16k is a decent wedge of money for doing very little, especially at this level.

THought he was head and shoulders the most quality fighter in it. The way he won the semi with the left hook combo was beautiful, so very unlucky he didn't get to box in the final. He would have won.

    :good

You were unlucky getting an awkward fighter like Bambula in the first. Maybe if you had Edwards first then Bambula things would have been different.

Who are we going to see you in with next? Dickinson? Bellew? :hey
