It's not a fixed list, it depends a lot on who is more suited to each others and the form. There is no invincible, no absolute dominant. This was shown by the Fury-Vallin and Joshua-Ruiz matches. As for Hrgovic, he's a better fighter than most think. I've been following him for 10 years. Similar to the young Vitaly Klitschko, but of a slightly weaker technique and punch. But he is progressing day by day, his time is still coming. We will see Hrgovic's true value when he fights some of the Top 10.
Then whats the point of having him in your top ten, if we are yet to see his true value? Your list should be based on some form of evidence or logic... if it just fanboyism then your list is of little benefit to the boxing community.
If we look only at the results so far in professional boxing, surely Hrgovic, Joyce and Dubois are not in the Top 10. They would be somewhere around 30 places. But also boxing experts put them in the Top 10, or Top 20 because of the way they win, totally dominant. Joyce and Hrgovic have great amateur careers behind them, Olympic medals, they have performed well in WBS, Hrgovic also has a record of 26 wins there, only 4 defeats. He has never been on the floor, these are the reasons why I, and a lot of experts put him in the Top 10.
Okay well if you can link me to one expert that has Hrgovic currently ranked in the top ten HW boxers I am curious to know?

I like that fighter, personally have him at 3 myself for the reasons he looks like he’s going to be a huge problem .
