I used to slice so much I needed to aim onto the next fairway just to land on the one infront. I had a mate whos off 4 fix that over 10 or so weeks......now if anything I draw the ball from right to left.....I love it. I would shoot lots lower but suck with the driver.....best clubs...PW to 6 iron....as soon as I get long clubs in my hand that one stroke for all shots goes out of my head Need new clubs.....my mate is going to work on my long game in June. Anyway for now it grip, stance, posture, tempo same swing for all shots.....just less or more backswing
God if you thought that fight sucked arse, you must be suicidal watching today's heavy's. You're a hard task master if you think it was a "boring" fight. It's probably the second greatest upset the division, if not the sport, has seen. I shudder to think what a prime Evander would've done.
U should use a driver with more loft, i use a 13deg driver,(kinda a two wood really) its very easy to hit clean. You might be trying to hit your long irons harder then your short irons, remember the club choice will get you distance, not how hard you hit it. i picked up a nice set for $400, but you can get great value off ebay, the clubs are very good. all sounds good mate, but i dont know about more or less backswing? unless your chipping?
Gezz your right....forgot my lesson.....same swing different club for distance atsch Maybe I do try to hit it a bit harder but I am working on that. Shot 84 a few weeks ago at Emrald lakes on the coast....off the white tees...so maybe still 20 over off the comp tees.
Yeah I think its great but my mate coach keeps telling me its not a score unless its off the comp tees.....and my problem is the long clubs. I hit a 6 iron within 2 feet on a par 3 160m over water....putted in for a bird...had a nearest the pin bet with my mate/ coach and he was talking himself up and he caught the edge of the bunker....haha i pissed mysef laughing.....well almost
