Jimmy Young, who twice should have been crowned champion.

    Young and Byrd.

If Sugar Nicolay Valuev had a bit of skills, I'd name him too, as he was extremely featherfisted for 7' and 320 lbs guy. Unfortunately, all he had was enormous size and iron chin.

He knocked Barrett the hell out. He's also the only guy that size who could fight so there's no one else to compare his power too.

Valuev and 190 lbs cruiser Gurov have 2 common opponents - Elistratov (Gurov KO 7, Valuev W12, no knockdowns) and Pedro Daniel Franko (Gurov KO3, Valuev W12, no knockdowns).

If a 320 lbs guy can't knock down guys who were destroyed by 190 lb cruiser, that tells smth about his power.

Also, Maskaev KO'd Tasefa in 1, Valuev went 12 rounds vs Tasefa.

And Barrett was destroyed in 2 rounds by shot Cliff Couser, whereas Valuev stopped fatigued glass-chinned Barrett in 11th.

It would be more interesting to do this for all the divisions rather than just Heavy.

Valuev had to throw "quick" punches to conserve energy and actually hit the target. When he loaded up, like he did against Barrett, it was not something you'd want to get it the way of.

    Tommy Loughran fought at heavy.

Buster Mathis, Jr and Pierre Coetzer come to mind from the 1990's.
