Total Gyms

    Your thoughts on them, Ive used them for years modified ones. Like or Disliked.

    I've never looked into them before since they cost too much IMO. Now if they send you Christie Brinkley along with your total gym order, then they're totally worth it.

    From just a quick inspection, the total gym appears designed for mostly conditioning/endurance type of workouts. I'm afraid, at that price range, guys who want to focus on strength training may be a little disappointed.

    I do like that it's very versatile and pretty much allows for numerous types of movements. It also looks like a good tool for rehab work as well as doing some low level plyometrics.

    It's definitely a legit piece of exercise equipment, and if money wasn't an issue, I'd already have one of those at home; Christie Brinkley included.

    Good rehab tool, does nothing for athletic performance though in my opinion.

    On mine I have adapted it for Bands. Get good results.
