Trainers aligned to promoters

    are they really as good as we are told s.g. Simms McCracken.

    Or is it more a case of the promoter putting the signed fighters in their gym so they can control the fighters?

    It's probably also a pals thing.

    In the case of Matchroom and Sims, and Matchroom and Gallagher, it sometimes is counterproductive. A few times Gallagher has had to have someone else run his fighter's corner because he's abroad with one of his other fighters. I bet it can be a nightmare for Hearn to schedule too. That's why we always see shows with one stable's fighters stacked on the undercard, just so the trainer can work the corner for all of them.
