Hey guys, at the moment pretty much everything i do is cardio work but i want to put some muscle on. I have a very fast metabolism and have always stayed lean and around the same weight. Problem is i work away a lot and find it hard to find time to get too a gym and dont have any space for any weights etc at home.

Is there any basic stuff i can do other than the likes of push ups and sits to help me put on muscle?

Go to Rosstraining.com, and buy 'Never Gymless". For someone in your position, that book will be the best money that you will ever spend.

Eat or you won't gain muscle.
