i've gone through about 4 pairs of gloves over the course of 3 years, i've trained 3-6 times a week over the course of this time.

i think its now time to invest in some good gloves since i'm starting to get knuckle injuries quite regularly.

i want to get a pair to use on the bags and mitts, 16 oz, velcro and for sparring (or is it better to get one pair for sparring and one pair for bag?)

i fight at 165lb walk around at 185-190.

any recommendations? i assume sparring gloves are not suitable for bag?

i was looking at; grant, reyes or wining.
