training kids

    lads ive been asked to come back and help out train the kids at my old am club do any of ye have drills that kids will enjoy id appriciate it :good

    just make sure its fun for them really lots of diffrent drills to do such as conditioned sparring like left hand only, body sparring, lots of running intervals padwork jus make sure theres lot os fun elements to everything

    kids tend to love jumping rope

    Is this just recreational (no contact) or training them to fight one day?

    Shoulder tag or knee tag.

    in there boxing stance moving around trying to tag there opponets shoulder or knee.the person that is taged must touch the ground then continue.

    Something like this. My old coach used to make the kids play tag in their boxing stances.. forced them to use their footwork
