    Monday/Tuesday
    Boxing Club A.M.
    tempo Intervals/100% intervals/LSD P.M.(depending on how I feel)

    Wednesday
    Off or active rest

    Thursday/Friday
    Boxing Club A.M.
    tempo Intervals/100% intervals/LSD P.M.(depending on how I feel)

    Saturday
    Off or active rest

    Sunday
    Off

I do plyo pushups, chins, abs at the end of boxing workout/sparring. Strength/explosiveness is something I have trained all my life, so I don't really train it often anymore.

What do you do for active recovery other than hiking or really slow runs?
