What's everyone's obsession with creatine on this forum?

I use a multi-vitamin and whey protein. That's about it.

I throw in Creatine once in a while when my joints hurt. The added water weight helps my joints from aching. Otherwise I don't use it because it adds weight...and I'm not trying to do that.

Ok guys quit with the tough guy talk. He's just asking for shakes that help make him stronger, and give him more energy in the gym.

You can probably do research on it and experiment to find out what works for you.

Push you more? Negative. Give you more energy? Try anything with tons of Genseng, caffeine, or B12. Don't listen to these peoples bull****, all of them give your body increased energy. However B12 and Genseng will help you sustaine the rush for a longer period, and you will not have the crash associated with caffeine.

B12 really helps me. I drink those emergen-c thingys before I fight or if I'm feeling tired. Works for me.

Supplements give you that extra edge, I don't know certain people say don't use them. Remember if your not using them someone else is, and its not cheating. Most top athletes use a combination of multi-vitamins, creatine and protein, why not do the same?

but don't you feel good when you beat someone who is using enhancements doing it all on your own? Isn't the accomplishment so much sweeter?

I'll be honest, I've never beaten a great fighter, but I've beaten some decent ones, without a supplement beyond the occasional power bar. I don't even bother with the vitamins or protein. Hard work really can overcome a lot, and I know that every loss and every victory was really me and me alone.
