training workout

    aight aight this is my training workout tell me what u think....i hit the mits for about 4rds and hit the bag for about 7rds...3min rds and 30sec rest....and abunch of shadow boxings and footwork and run 10 miles

    You run 10 miles at a time? Or 10 miles a week? A day? ???

    are you a pro boxer or what??? i mean i train hard like 5 days a week but your workout is just od for an amateur boxer.

    i run like 10 to 5 miles a day..and im a amature boxer

    10 miles a day ? Maybe you need to work out how much distance 10 miles a day is , it sounds alot mate. What about skipping floor work , sprints ect. My work out is no where near the level of a am boxer and mine seems more varied than that if not as intense in places.

    i do push up and situp i the morining go to school come home run, skip about 3 rds...and all the other stuff then do alot of dips,pullups and situps agaiin and thats a day...
