I could be wrong here, but isn't it only the person who give access to the stream that can be punished? I am fairly sure there is 0 they can do about people watching it. The PPV must have flunked if they are going down this route .
It would cost them so.much money to pursue everybody involved. Just scare tactics to get some.extra subs from the younguns

This is ridiculous, there was more chance of the TV License van getting me when I briefly lived in a bedsit in 2008! They didn't get me. Anyone "caught" offering to pay is stupid, until someone is in my face asking for the money with a legal threat in front of me I'd be laughing.
