Shame the fights off i was looking forward to this one for while it really is a good domestic scrap and it was kicking off a great weekend of british boxing surprisingly FWs actually put on a pretty good card tomorrow night.

Was looking forward to the rematch and though sounding a bit biased I did think Trussy was gonna dominate and will do when it gets rescheduled. However, For the people going on about how Simpson was the champ and the fight should have been in Scotland and that Simpson was on way to stopping Trussy last time bla bla bla.....well i'm pretty sure that Trussy was ahead on points the last time and only got the title taken when a head clash opened a minor cut(don't get me started on that issue) so lets be honest you can't really call Simpson the Champion here(though I do think he is a very good fighter). And i'd put money on the fact that there was no way he was going to genuinely stop trussy the night the cut opened. I have no idea what fight you lot were watching. Anyways All the best to the Scottish lads but the best Paul Truscott beats the best John Simpson. The fight won't happen in Scotland cos the fight doesn't sell there. I can't see Truscott beating Simpson in the reschedule tbh.Simpson hurt Truscott in the second.I think Truscott's only chance is a decision because he's only got the one stoppage on his record and Simpson's never been stopped.I like both fighters because i've got family near Middlesbrough and hope Truscott comes back strong but hope Simpson keeps his belt because he's the local boxer.I think it would have suited Simpson in the later rounds as well because it was only Truscott's 2nd 12 rounder, Simpson's ninth.

the points were pretty even ya tube.truscott 2 judges by 1 point and simpson 1 jugde by 1 point.truscott was definetly hurting and slowing down later on in there first fight.simpson stoppage when the second fight goes ahead!!!!!!!
