Great bit of kit, but bloody hell it can be hard work mate!

I usually do supersets of Rows/Push Up's with one. Damn tough!

    Brilliant bit of kit though.

Great bit of kit but I wouldn't waste my money on the TRX. Find a home-made version online for a quarter of the cost.

Yep, luggage straps and some cheap handles will cost next to nothing:good

I was a bit of a daft **** and bought some pricey gymnastic rings some time back:patschwhen, ironically, in the back of my car I already had everything I needed for a cheaper alternative.

Great for training out in the fresh air; most mornings I put the rings up in a tree and play about with some gymnastic routines-makes a nice change from the drudgery of the gym:good

    thanks for your opinion guys

-Yes I got my eye on one but its not brander "trx" and is a lot cheaper

-Regarding rings I got a cheap set from ebay a while back only 20 pounds sent from china have them in the dip position but they are a pain to re ajust

I need a new toy for the new year :)

    Nice one.

Didn't even bother with handles myself, just use the loops.

Yeah, I made my own with trailer straps. Cost me $10.

One of the best training tools I've got. Prefer it to traditional free weights/machines.

    Better results with fewer injuries.

Tought id drag this up rather than make a new thread! Weve got one of these where i work now! Iv had a bit of a play and found it to be well awesome .... just playing around and trying some new stuff got my heart pumping! Im fairly fit so really suprised me!

Any one got any routines/exercises they do

I had a go at push ups, rows, single leg squats and various core exercises! Want to come up with a bit of a total body routine to use at least once a week with the other stuff i do!
