Kali is no 1 in the world (WBA) he wouldn't risk a fight with Tua even for that kind of money, however he won't be getting a shot any time soon because Valuev has to defend to Chagaev and will lose again so Kali needs a stay busy fight and why not make some money in his original hometown. Unfortunetly for Kali there is no way King would let this happen.
